About Patricia

Patricia is a Registered Kinesiologist and Certified Athletic Therapist who graduated from the Bachelor of Athletic and Exercise Therapy program at Camosun College. She has experience working with athletes in rugby, volleyball, soccer, and football, where she developed an appreciation for the role quality movement plays in both performance and everyday function. Patricia holds a Soft Tissue Release certification and combines manual therapy techniques with exercise rehabilitation to help clients move and feel their best. Through her experience in sport and rehabilitation settings, she aims to create a supportive and approachable environment where clients feel comfortable and confident throughout their journey toward their health and fitness goals. Outside of the clinic, Patricia enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, and weight training.
