About Patricia
Patricia is a Registered Acupuncturist with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO). Her care is grounded in attentive, TCM pattern-based treatment that views the body as an interconnected system where meaningful change arises from addressing root imbalances.
Recognizing that many patients seek acupuncture after months or years of navigating chronic pain, fatigue, sleep difficulties, digestive issues, stress, or other persistent health conditions, Patricia provides a dedicated space to slow down and look at the bigger picture of health. Rather than managing symptoms in isolation, she evaluates factors like sleep, energy, stress, and lifestyle habits to guide practical, mindful treatments.
Each session is highly individualized. Following a thorough assessment, Patricia tailors care to the patient's unique needs, drawing from a range of Traditional Chinese Medicine modalities—including acupuncture, cupping, Gua Sha, Tui Na massage, and moxibustion—to support treatment goals and patient comfort.
Patricia values a collaborative partnership. Patients are active participants in their healing journey, with time dedicated to explaining findings and ensuring clarity at every step. Alongside in-clinic care, she offers practical guidance on lifestyle, movement, and stress management to help sustain progress between visits.
