
Paola received her Masters of Physiotherapy degree at McMaster University, where she also worked as a strength and conditioning coach with various varsity sports teams, focusing on the men’s and women’s soccer teams. Previously, she went to the University of Toronto where she received her Bachelor’s of Kinesiology degree and played on the varsity soccer team.
With experience in working with diverse populations in the contexts of rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and injury prevention, Paola is committed to collaborating with her patients to develop individualized rehabilitation plans aimed at reaching their identified goals. She integrates exercise programs, manual therapy, and education to maximize their function and well-being. With personal experience in high-performance sport as an athlete and coach, Paola understands the demands of high-performance sport and integrates this perspective into her approach to optimize performance.
On her time off, she likes to play soccer, try out new restaurants with her friends, and enjoy the summer weather for as long as possible.
