About Pamela

I help people live healthier, more embodied lives by guiding them to reconnect with their bodies and integrate their physical, emotional, and energetic selves. My work blends therapeutic somatics, neuromuscular rehabilitation, strength development, and mindfulness to support you in developing body awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience. Together, we’ll move from disconnection into wholeness, fostering healing that lasts. This journey is deeply personal for me. After navigating my own path through disconnection, I realized that not everything could be understood or healed through intellect alone. I discovered the transformational power of tuning into the body—movement became my medicine, and it now forms the heart of how I support others. Working with me is a collaborative, individualized experience. I’m here to walk alongside you as we explore your unique journey toward a more connected and vibrant life. In my one-on-one sessions, I create a safe and nurturing space for somatic expression, breathwork, strength building, and gentle integration practices. Each session is tailored specifically to meet you where you are, utilizing a trauma-informed approach that adapts to your unique needs, whether you’re dealing with injuries, chronic conditions, or other challenges. Together, we’ll explore how to move through trauma, reconnect with your intuition, and rebuild a strong and grounded foundation in your body.
