About Pam

Pam Francis has over two decades of experience as a mental health and wellness practitioner. Pam specializes in health promotion, mental health, addictions, and suicide prevention. She previously worked for Nova Scotia Mental Health and Addiction Services, and later as a community outreach worker where she provided education and individual counselling for tobacco cessation. She has worked with the Canadian Armed Forces as a health promotion manager specializing in suicide intervention, addictions, and mental health coaching for leaders within the defense industry for almost ten years, and sat on the Forces’ tobacco cessation advisory board, Pfizer (Champix) research panel, and the National Addictions working group. Pam has facilitated numerous workshops on stress management, suicide prevention, addictions, mental health, and nutrition. Originally from Nova Scotia, Pam feels honoured to take part in the process to support her clients in living happier, healthier, more productive lives.
