As your therapist, my goal is to create a safe and attuned relational space where you can be your full, authentic self and bring your unique story, vulnerabilities, and strengths to the table. Ultimately, I wish to offer my expertise and experience to empower you and help you explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns while identifying and addressing any underlying issues that may be keeping you stuck. I also offer spiritually-integrated therapy for those who wish to bring their whole self (including their faith and spirituality) into their therapy journey.
