About Paige

Paige is an Australian-trained physiotherapist who recently obtained her physiotherapy licence in BC. She completed her physiotherapy degree in Melbourne in 2009, the closest city to where she grew up in rural Australia. After beginning her career as a new graduate in Melbourne, she returned to rural life, working and exploring remote regions of Australia. Having worked in hospital and community settings in Australia, England and Scotland, Paige has developed a broad clinical background, with a particular interest orthopaedics and sports injuries and helping people return to the activities they enjoy. In recent years, she gained additional experience working with vestibular and neurological conditions and women's health issues. Paige takes a practical, individualized approach, combining hands-on treatment with targeted exercise and education to work towards each person’s goals. Paige moved to BC for the active mountain lifestyle and spends as much time outdoors as possible. She is passionate about biking, with a highlight being a 6,000 km ride down the Rocky Mountains, and regularly rides the local mountain bike trails. She also enjoys climbing, hiking, ball sports and skiing. Paige believes that understanding what matters to each person is central to effective physiotherapy. Whether recovering from an injury, managing pain, returning to sport or wanting to move with greater confidence, she works collaboratively with her patients to help them get back to doing the things they enjoy.
