Paige Allen is a graduate of the 3,000-hour program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy’s Victoria campus. Her continuing education includes advanced studies in Myofascial Release, the Functional Approach to Weight Training Rehabilitation, Kinesiotaping, and TMJ Dysfunction.
Paige integrates a variety of techniques in her practice, with a primary focus on Trigger Point Release, Myofascial Release, and Deep Tissue Massage. She emphasizes whole-being integration, drawing on specific modalities to understand and meet each client’s unique needs. Her goal is to create a specialized, therapeutic experience that leaves clients feeling both educated and empowered.
