She is an experienced RMT who has been working locally in the area for 4 years and has pervious studies including Human Kinetics and Rural Pre-Medicine. She treats tendonitis, strains and sprains and muscular dysfunctIon in addition to providing therapeutic and relaxation massage. She is trained in deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point release, joint mobilization, and Swedish massage.
Oso’s goal is to educate and support her clients to achieve their full and free range of movement and activity.
