About Oriana

Oriana graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH) in 2017. With a background in health and wellness—including previous dentistry studies in Venezuela—she brings a deep interest in human movement and anatomy to her practice. She has over 20 years of experience in yoga and dance, and is also a yoga therapist and retired dance instructor. Oriana combines Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, cupping, and active/passive stretching in her treatments. She incorporates mindful breathing and provides remedial exercises and homecare to support long-term results. She creates customized treatment plans to help reduce pain, improve posture, increase range of motion, release musculoskeletal restrictions, support sport conditioning, and enhance relaxation. Her goal is to help patients improve their quality of life and strengthen mind–body awareness.
