Omaima Rashed, M.A., RP, is a Registered Psychotherapist with extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, and families navigating behavioural and emotional difficulties. With over twenty years of clinical, educational, and community-based experience, Omaima helps clients develop healthier ways of expressing emotions, managing stress and anger, and building confidence in their relationships and daily lives. She provides support for ADHD, trauma, anxiety, and other challenges by using practical, evidence-based strategies tailored to each individual’s unique needs Her therapeutic methodology is integrative and tailored to the client, incorporating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to effectively address concerns. Omaima integrates art, play, and creative expression into her therapeutic work to help you feel comfortable and engaged in the healing process. She believes that therapy should be both enjoyable and meaningful, These techniques allow you to express emotions that may be difficult to put into words, reduce anxiety, and build trust. Omaima offers sessions in both English and Arabic.
