Olivia brings a grounded, compassionate approach to massage therapy, shaped by her own journey of hard work and determination. She began her massage training at Sutherland-Chan in Toronto and graduated from the Royal Canadian College of Massage in North York. While studying at York University and then later massage school, Olivia worked multiple jobs—including a management role at the UPS warehouse—to support her dream of becoming an RMT. This firsthand experience with the demands of physical labour, school and burnout gives her a deep understanding of the toll stress and overwork can take on the body. She specializes in deep pressure and trigger point therapy, and often works with clients experiencing chronic fatigue, stress, muscle tension, and repetitive strain injuries. Her treatments are especially effective for those in fast-paced, stressful or physically demanding jobs. Olivia believes that caring for your body is just as important as caring for your career, relationships, and passions. Whether you prefer a quiet, relaxing massage or enjoy chatting during your treatment, she’s here to make you feel seen, heard, and truly cared for.
