Olivia is very passionate about all things wellness and movement. As a certified Pilates instructor, it is her mission is to help you achieve your fitness goals and enhance your overall well-being. She received her certification through Neu Pilates and plans on continuing her studies at UBCO to become a kinesiologist. Healing and strengthening through movement is important to her, and she can’t wait to help others feel better in their bodies! When she not in the studio, you’ll likely find her exploring the great outdoors, practicing mindfulness, or diving into new books about movement and body mechanics.
