About Nuha
Nuha’s approach to osteopathy extends beyond symptom management: she seeks to uncover the root causes of discomfort while honoring the unspoken stories of the body. With a firm hand and yet an attentive touch, her treatments are gentle, rhythmic, and comprehensive.
Nuha is a multifaceted movement practitioner who sees movement as the epicenter of healing. With over a decade of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, she has worked as a fitness instructor and yoga teacher. Currently, she is completing her studies in osteopathic treatment at the Institut d'Enseignement de l'Ostéopathie du Québec.
Nuha’s athletic journey spans various disciplines, including track and field, powerlifting, running, CrossFit, and bouldering. Most recently, she has developed a deep passion for Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
At Active Solution Physiotherapy, Nuha strives to cultivate understanding, resilience, and self-reliance in those she works with. She believes that through collaboration and effort, healing is possible.
