About Nuala
Having previously graduated with an Honours degree in psychology, Nuala's passion for understanding the human mind to body connection made Massage Therapy the perfect career choice for her. She focuses on improving overall wellness and is dedicated to client care. Massage therapy can be extremely effective and she has experience working with a variety of different areas like carpal tunnel syndrome, depression, general anxiety, headaches, piriformis syndrome, plantar fasciitis, back pain, scoliosis and more.
With enthusiasm and positivity Nuala communicates and listens to her clients' needs to come up with the best treatment plan to meet their wellness goals. She has experience in Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Joint Mobilization, Deep Tissue, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation and Swedish Massage Techniques.
