I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Graduate Certificate in Mental Health and Addictions, and I am currently completing my Bachelor of Social Work. With a strong background in advocacy, client care, and customer service, I am passionate about creating positive, supportive experiences for every individual I work with.
My practice is grounded in a trauma-informed, client-centered approach, meeting people where they are with empathy, respect, and compassion. I believe that every interaction is an opportunity to build trust, empower clients, and ensure they feel heard, valued, and supported.
