About Noof
Noof Mohammed is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of
Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a Professional Member of the
Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). She holds a Master of
Arts in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery, offering a
unique perspective that bridges psychological understanding and medical insight.
Noof adopts a holistic, client-centered approach, recognizing that healing involves the
integration of mind, body, and spirit. Her passion for mental health is rooted in her belief
that every individual has the strength and capacity to heal. She provides a warm, non-
judgmental, and compassionate space where clients feel seen, supported, and
empowered to create meaningful change.
With experience supporting youth and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma,
grief, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions, Noof tailors each session to meet her
clients’ unique needs. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance
and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Trauma-Informed Practice, and
Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) to promote emotional balance, self-awareness, and
lasting resilience.
Noof is fluent in both English and Arabic, allowing her to provide culturally sensitive and
accessible care to a diverse range of clients. She views therapy as a collaborative
journey that nurtures growth, clarity, and self-acceptance, helping individuals reconnect
with themselves and live with greater peace and purpose.
