Niya is a skilled and dedicated Registered Massage Therapist, having graduated from
Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy (OVCMT) in 2022.
With a strong focus on
deep tissue techniques, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy, Niya works with clients
to alleviate chronic pain, improve mobility, and promote overall well-being. Whether helping
to release muscle tension or address specific musculoskeletal issues, her approach is both
therapeutic and personalised to meet each client’s unique needs.
Having grown up in Kamloops BC, outside of her practice Niya is an avid outdoor enthusiast
who enjoys hiking, playing volleyball, and staying active at the gym. Her passion for
movement and wellness extends into her work, as Niya strives to empower her clients to feel
their best, both physically and mentally.
