Whatever is coming up for you, you are welcome here. Taking the first step toward support can feel daunting, but you don’t have to figure it all out alone. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, therapy offers a space to make sense of things, feel supported, and move toward healing in a way that feels right for you. My approach is warm, intuitive, and collaborative, rooted in deep respect for the pace and process of healing. I offer a space where you don’t have to explain away your feelings or prove your pain - it’s enough that you’re here. Together, we work toward healing in a way that feels safe and organic to you, integrating mind, body, and soul so that you can reconnect with yourself in a more grounded, compassionate way. Whether we’re working through past wounds, deepening self-awareness, or finding ways to navigate life’s complexities with more ease, I trust in the wisdom you already carry - I’m just here to walk alongside you as you rediscover it. I feel truly honoured to do this work and to witness the incredible resilience of those I meet.
