Nimira graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2005. She has been practicing in the Mount Pleasant neighbourhood ever since. Nimira uses a variety of hands-on techniques such as myofascial release, joint mobilizations, muscle stripping, and trigger point release to assist the patient in their healing process, whatever the concern may be. Nimira has experience in treating a variety of conditions ranging from headaches and chronic postural concerns to sprains and strains. Prior to being a massage therapist, Nimira studied human kinetics at Langara. Her fascination with the human body and interest in sports motivated her towards a career in massage therapy.
