Nikki began her Classical Pilates journey since 2021 in Vancouver. As a certified instructor through Power Pilates, she completed their comprehensive program, accumulating over 1,000 hours of training before embarking on her teaching career. Nikki is dedicated to continuous learning, regularly attending lessons and workshops with world-renowned Classical Pilates teachers and YJ. At Blooming Pilates, Nikki is passionate about sharing the genuine benefits and her extensive knowledge of Classical Pilates with her clients. She aims to foster a healthy community, believing that movement and wellness are essential to a fulfilling life—a belief reinforced by her own postpartum recovery through Pilates. “Practicing Classical Pilates when I'm happy amplifies my joy, and when I'm struggling, it becomes my lifeline—offering deep self-care and healing.
