Nikki is a Registered Massage Therapist with a holistic, client centered approach to care. A graduate from the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy, Nikki also brings a strong foundation in anatomy and a background in holistic nutrition. She believes that when we care for the body, we also nurture the mind and spirit, creating a pathway to deeper wellness. Nikki truly believes that feeling better in your body can change so much more than just physical discomfort- it can shift how you move and feel through your entire day. Nikki is a strong believer that emotions and life’s stresses don’t just reside in the mind – they often show up in the body, posture and face, holding onto tension and creating imbalance. By honouring this connection Nikki offers a holistic approach- blending clinical expertise with personalized therapeutic techniques – such as deep tissue massage, facial sculpting and manual lymphatic drainage. Each session is a chance to slow down, release tension and reconnect. Nikki creates a safe space for healing that supports the whole system.
