Nicole Pursued her dream of becoming an RMT with the hopes of helping people through the power of touch to heal both mind and body. Her journey into the healing arts began with a passion for overall wellness and physical fitness with a desire to help others find relief from stress and physical discomfort. Nicole's approach combines intuitive technique with an understanding of anatomy to provide a therapeutic experience that promotes relaxation, pain relief and overall well being.
Whether you are seeking relief from chronic pain, wanting to improve range of motion, recovering from an injury or simply looking to unwind and destress, Nicole is dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing environment for you to relax and rejuvenate with each treatment being tailored to meet the needs of her clients.
She is trained in various modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage and myofascial release allowing her to customize each treatment for optimal results. Nicole believes that massage therapy is not just a luxury but a necessity for maintaining optimal physical and emotional health.
