About Nikita
Nikita is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Nikita received her H. BSc. from University of Toronto, and a Master of Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Counselling and Psychotherapy from Yorkville University. Nikita is working under the supervision of Dr. Di Giulio, Ph.D., C. Psych, registered Psychologist with the College of Psychologist of Ontario.
Nikita provides a compassionate, safe, and non-judgemental space for her clients where they can prosper in their therapeutic journey. She is dedicated to supporting her clients and strives to establish a therapeutic relationship that is based on authenticity, understanding and trust.
Nikita uses an integrative approach tailored for her client’s specific needs. She utilizes strategies from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing.
