My main objective is to facilitate the body's natural healing process and help you return to a more aligned and pain free lifestyle.To do that, I provide a holistic, individual approach to your assessment, treatment plan and self care. During treatment I draw from my experience and a wide variety of assessment and treatment tools from various fields to identify and treat the primary driver or main cause of your complaint, rather than just focusing on your symptoms. This will allow me to help realign your body and empower you to take a proactive approach to your active rehab, while providing you with specific self care exercises and postural recommendations.
