About Nieve

Nieve is a Registered Kinesiologist and certified personal trainer as well as a former competitive swimmer and artistic swimmer. She graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelors of Kinesiology and has a post-graduate certificate in Exercise Science from Humber College. Nieve has a background in coaching high performance athletes, as well as helping youth and adults of various abilities achieve their health and fitness goals. Nieve understands the importance of using scientific evidence-based practice to inform her training, so she can best meet the needs of her clients. She is passionate about helping people improve their quality of life with exercise, whether it be through pain reduction, improving athletic performance, increasing strength and endurance, or simply feeling and looking better!
