About Nicolette

Nicolette is a Licensed Counselling Therapist Candidate (LCT-C) New Brunswick and a member of the Trinidad and Tobago Association of Psychologists. She brings a warm, gentle, and culturally aware presence to her work with children, adolescents, and families. She is trained in Client-Centered Play Therapy, AutPlay®, and expressive arts approaches — including sand tray and art-based interventions — within a trauma-informed framework. Her work is strengths-based and focused on helping clients build self-worth, develop coping skills, and navigate life's transitions with greater confidence. Drawing on a background in psychology and early learning education, Nicolette brings cultural awareness, openness, and genuine curiosity to her work.
