About Nicole
Nicole brings over ten years of experience in the health and wellness field. She is dedicated to identifying areas of tension, addressing root causes of pain, and understanding the mechanics of the human body. Since becoming a Registered Massage Therapist in 2016, she has remained deeply engaged in the study of the musculoskeletal system and functional movement.
She treats a variety of conditions, including chronic pain, acute injuries, repetitive strain issues, and myofascial pain. Nicole often provides tailored post-treatment exercises to help reduce pain, improve mobility, and support long-term recovery.
In addition to massage therapy, Nicole is a regulated Acupuncturist, allowing her to offer comprehensive, evidence-informed care. She is committed to continuous learning and advancing her skills in both fields.
