No matter how together you may appear on the outside, when you are hurting on the inside, life can feel overwhelming. As your therapist, it is my goal to support you in living your fullest, most authentic life. I can help guide you towards gaining insight into the unconscious patterns keeping you stuck, better understanding your thoughts and emotions, and creating a sense of harmony with the different parts of yourself. I believe that profound and lasting change can come when we take that brave step to shift our attention inwards, rather than working tirelessly to eliminate, suppress, or avoid whatever is weighing us down.
Whether you are seeking support on your own or with your partner, I would be honoured to work with you. I can offer a non-judgmental space where processing, healing, and growth can begin to take place.
