She believes amazing things can happen when we shift our attention inwards become curious about the different parts of ourselves. This may include being curious about what happens in our bodies when we face difficult situations.
Nicoles approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, this means she believes that within each of us lies an innate capacity and drive towards personal growth and healing.
Having received post graduate training in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy, she gives the couples that she works with tools and hope that all relationships can healed. Using the Gottman Method, Nicole can help you and your partner navigate the issues that are causing your relationship to feel stuck, manage conflict more productively, increase communication, and enhance friendship and intimacy. Nicole has also completed additional training in helping couples heal from affairs and trauma through the Gottman Institute.
