About Nicole
Nicole Russell graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Physical Education. She went on to complete the Massage Therapy program at Westervelt College in Kitchener, Ontario and has been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist since 2020.
Nicole’s passion for helping others was shaped by her own experience as a high-level soccer player, where she sustained multiple injuries and worked tirelessly to return to the sport she loved. This inspired her to help people regain their ability to enjoy the activities that bring them joy, while improving their overall quality of life. Nicole believes massage therapy can benefit everyone and enjoys working with a wide range of patients, whether the goal is relaxation or rehabilitation.
Her treatments begin with a thorough assessment to identify the root cause of an issue before developing an individualized treatment plan. She incorporates Swedish massage techniques, trigger point release, and fascial stretching into her practice, and has additional training in cupping and gua sha.
Outside of the clinic, Nicole enjoys hiking, backcountry camping, and, more recently, running. She is currently training for her first marathon, which she plans to complete in the spring of 2026.
