Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, or feeling stuck, I will work collaboratively with you to reach your goals.
As a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), I provide virtual counselling with a trauma-informed approach, focused on fostering a supportive and safe environment. I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and person-centred approaches. I have experience working with young adults with anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, trauma, stress, sleep issues, relationship challenges, life transitions, and school stress. I also have experience working with parents who are feeling overwhelmed with their kids who are experiencing big outbursts/emotions, behavioural issues, and more.
