About Nicole

Hi there, I’m Nicole. I’m a Registered Psychologist, EMDR Therapist, and Certified Alberta Teacher. At the heart of my work is a deep belief in the importance of feeling heard, understood, and accepted. In our work together, I strive to create a welcoming space where you can come as you are, feel supported, and move at your own pace, helping you reconnect with yourself or discover parts of yourself that may have felt lost along the way. Whether you have engaged in therapy or assessment before, are excited to begin, or are feeling nervous about starting for the first time, I’m here to walk alongside you. Psychological Assessment: I provide comprehensive assessments for ADHD, anxiety, depression, learning challenges, and giftedness. Assessments can help you better understand how you think, learn, and experience the world. They can bring clarity to challenges, highlight strengths, and offer practical recommendations for school, work, or daily life. My approach is collaborative and thorough. Together, we work to build a clear understanding of your unique profile and identify helpful next steps. Therapy: I offer EMDR therapy and individual counselling for people navigating trauma, stress, anxiety, grief, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate and tailored to your needs. We will move at a pace that feels right for you as we work through what feels stuck or overwhelming, helping you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself If you’re considering therapy or an assessment, you’re welcome to reach out. I’d be happy to connect, answer any questions, and help you determine the next step that feels right for you.
