In my experience, healing happens more easily when the body has the resources to support it. Pain, stress, injury, and chronic health concerns can place significant demands on the body, often leaving people feeling depleted, tense, or disconnected from their usual sense of vitality. Through acupuncture and hands-on therapies, my goal is to help create the conditions for recovery by supporting the nervous system, easing physical discomfort, and helping the body return to a more balanced state.
Creating an environment where people can genuinely relax is an important part of how I practice. Many people lead busy lives and rarely have an opportunity to fully slow down. I view treatment as a chance to step out of that pace for a time, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to receive support. Alongside acupuncture, I often incorporate acupressure, cupping, tuina, and gua sha, tailoring each session to the individual and how they are presenting that day.
My practice is informed by Classical Chinese Medicine and a particular interest in how the body adapts to both chronic health concerns and physical injuries. I work with a wide range of conditions, from pain and musculoskeletal injuries to stress-related concerns and long-standing health challenges. Whether the focus is restoring movement, reducing discomfort, or supporting overall wellbeing, my goal is to help people feel more at ease in their bodies and reconnect with a greater sense of vitality.
