About Nicole

Life is tough, but so are you! You have already taken one of the most difficult steps in starting your healing journey – it takes a lot of bravery to reach out for support and I endeavour to help you reach your wellness goals. I have always been passionate about helping others discover their best selves through compassion, building trust, and fostering individual empowerment. By providing a safe and non-judgmental space, together we will work to build on your inherent strengths and values to overcome various life challenges. With over five years of counselling experience in both Australia and Canada, I have worked with a diverse range of backgrounds and presentations. No matter if your issues feel big or small, I welcome all clients and have specialized experience working with young adults. Some of my areas of special interest are: Anxiety and depression Trauma and abuse Self-worth Grief and Loss Relationship issues LGBTIQA+ issues Recognizing that each client and their experiences are unique, we will work together to develop goals and treatment plans that are tailored to your individual needs.
