About Nicole

###Meet Nicole Nicole obtained her Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy at Sir Sandford Fleming College and became Registered Massage Therapist 2014. Since then she has become a Certified Life Coach in 2020 and a full Reiki Master Practitioner by 2022 because she knows of the mind-body-soul connection; optimal healing does not happen without work in all three areas. She finds the human body so fascinating; the things we are capable of, its ability to heal and grow, and what it is truly capable of. Massage Therapy was my calling, being able to help people feel better, fix and ease chronic pain, lower their stress and get them back to functioning is something she takes great pride in. Nicole also likes to use a number of modalities in her treatments to optimal results such as Cupping and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation (IASTM). She has a huge passion for women's health and being a healthcare advocate for women. She has taken additional certifications for prenatal and postpartum care, infant massage and pelvic floor therapy. Nicole loves to be able to support other mom’s through their journey having gone through this herself with her two young kids.
