From Europe to Canada, I have constantly been thrilled to offer individual adapting various tools and approaches to each individual for a unique and tailored experience. As a Clinical Counsellor, I am aware of how difficult and overwhelming it can be to find accessible and non-judgemental counselling. I do not believe in a. single approach of therapy. It is why I strive to provide you with accountable and adapted services that will help you accomplish and achieve your therapeutic goals and that will meet you where you are. I willingly offer a variety of short and long term counselling and techniques in an empowering and therapeutic setting. My practice seeks to be holistic and integrative, meaning that we will work collaboratively to overcome live’s challenges, traumas and struggles: using the healing power of the relationship. After a solid experience in France, I started a new journey in Vancouver and I worked in the Mental Health and addiction field for about two years before registering as a Clinical Counsellor with the BCACC (License #17621). I have been trained to specifically treat traumas, anxiety disorder, depression & substance use using approaches like CBT, Meditation, Sensorial and systemic approaches & EMDR.
