What do I care about most? What do I want for myself? - Riding the rollercoaster of relationships – From dating, to family, to friendships, to exploring your sexuality, opening your relationship, or building a life with someone - Struggling to build confidence or feel like you’re always getting in your own way In my work with couples, I’m passionate about helping partners reconnect, communicate better, and navigate life’s messy, beautiful moments together.
