Hi! I'm Nav. Since 2004, I have been dedicated to improving the health and wellness of my patients through clinically focused massage therapy. My practice centers on pain management, injury recovery, stress reduction, and deep relaxation, helping individuals move better, feel better, and function at their best.

I take a results-driven approach, combining therapeutic techniques with a calm, supportive environment. Each treatment is carefully tailored to address chronic pain, muscle tension, postural imbalances, and the physical effects of everyday stress, while also promoting relaxation and nervous system regulation. My goal is not only to relieve symptoms, but to support long-term healing and overall well-being.

I value quality time with my daughter, maintain an active lifestyle through various workouts, and enjoy traveling—experiences that continually inform my understanding of movement, recovery, and balance.
