About Navjot
Navjot had a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from G.N.D.U, India and pursued her career as a Physiotherapist in Canada. She has 15 years of experience in the field of physiotherapy and also completed one year of a bridging program for internationally trained physiotherapists from the University of Alberta.
Additionally, she has completed Therapeutic Dry Needling, Certification in Joint Mobilization in Lower Quadrant and Taping techniques in Sports and Orthopedics Conditions.
She emphasizes and strongly believes in empowering patients through education to change their lifestyle and exercise regime.
She has vast clinical experience in treating Musculoskeletal pains, motor vehicle injuries, sports injuries, pre and post-operative conditions, and work-related injuries.
Being a certified Pelvic floor physiotherapist (PFPT), Navjot has a passion for working with women's perinatal, postpartum and other pelvic floor conditions. She believes that resolving pelvic floor weakness or pain could significantly improve someone's life physically, functionally and emotionally.
Navjot is passionate about maintaining good health, reading books and spending free time with family and friends.
