About Nav
Nav is an Athletic Therapist, Registered Massage Therapist, and Medical Acupuncture Provider with experience treating everyone from the general population to high-performing athletes. He has worked with professional athletes in the CFL, NHL, OHL, and NCAA, as well as national-level athletes and combat sport fighters.
He specializes in targeted deep tissue muscle release techniques aimed at reducing pain, improving mobility, and helping clients move and perform at their best. His treatments are tailored to each individual and may include soft tissue release, fascial stretching, cupping, scraping, acupuncture, and other evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
As a former competitive athlete himself, Nav understands firsthand how frustrating injuries and physical limitations can be. His approach focuses not only on recovery, but also on helping clients return to the activities they enjoy with confidence.
Outside of the clinic, Nav enjoys watching and playing sports, listening to music, and spending time with his family.
