About Nathan
Originally from Southwestern Ontario, Nathan moved to Ottawa to attend the Massage Therapy program at Algonquin College. He gravitated towards this career because of his strong desire to help others. He has found massage therapy to be a meaningful way to connect to others, as well as help them reach their health goals.
Throughout his education, Nathan developed insight on managing chronic pain, evidence-based treatment of soft tissue disorders, and the importance of mind-body connection. He learned to assess and create treatment plans which focus on improving specific impairments such as pain, reduced mobility, and trigger points. He also understands the importance of relaxation as a way to aid the body with healing.
In his personal time Nathan is an outdoors enthusiast, enjoying long hikes and camping. He is a cat dad to two kitties, and an all-around animal lover.
Nathan works hard to create a safe environment for clients, bringing compassion and empathy to every treatment.
