Nathalie Myk is a Registered Massage Therapist and an honours graduate of Trios College. Her practice includes a wide range of therapeutic techniques, including deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, prenatal care, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction treatment, myofascial release, sports therapy, and joint mobilizations.
Nathalie takes a holistic approach to care, believing that the mind, body, and spirit are deeply connected—and that healing is most effective when all three are supported. She values open communication and takes time to talk with her clients, gaining a clear understanding of their physical and emotional well-being in order to develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to each individual.
Dedicated to ongoing learning and professional growth, Nathalie has a special interest in TMJ therapy as well as headache, migraine and concussion related symptoms. Her goal is to help clients move more freely, feel better in their bodies, and experience meaningful, lasting relief.
