Graduating from the Advanced Massage Therapy program at CDI College in 2016, I hit the ground running with a practice rooted in constant growth, change, and a willingness to challenge foundational education.
I am deeply passionate about providing personalized care, specializing in deep tissue and sports therapy while remaining well-versed in relaxation, pregnancy, cupping, and whiplash treatments.
My targeted approach to treatment focuses heavily on finding the "why" behind chronic pain, evaluating each client's unique work, hobbies, and remedial exercise needs.
To ensure optimal outcomes and maximum performance, I intentionally incorporate active release techniques and stretching into every single session.
I am hyper-aware of how the body responds when conditions go untreated, which drives my dedication to continual preventative care and specialized education in areas like breathing muscle re-training and core strengthening.
To provide the absolute highest quality of focus and intention, I am thorough with every treatment and strictly limit the number of clients I work with each day.
