About Natasha
In Person and Virtual Counselling
Throughout my career and personal journey, I’ve come to understand how deeply our identities and past experiences influence who we are. While our traumas and challenges shape us, addressing their root causes empowers us to achieve personal growth and build resilience. My mission is to help you uncover how your past affects your present and equip you with the tools to cultivate strength, healing, and self-discovery.
I specialize in supporting individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, and depression, offering a compassionate, culturally attuned space to address identity struggles, family pressures, and acculturation challenges. As someone with a mixed cultural background, I offer a unique perspective on the complexities faced by Middle Eastern and South Asian communities, which informs my ability to provide personalized and meaningful care.
Using an integrative, person-centered approach, I tailor therapy to your unique needs, empowering you to set goals and move forward. If you're ready to begin, or just curious, reach out for a consultation. You don't have to navigate this journey alone—I'm here to support you every step of the way.
