About Natasha
Natasha is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) having completed her Bachelor Degree in Kinesiology at Brock University in 2017, and graduated with Massage Therapy in 2021 through the Ontario College of Health and Technology. Natasha practices many massage techniques including MFR (myo-fascial release), Trigger Point Therapy, General Swedish Massage and Cupping. Natasha truly enjoys working in the healthcare industry and loves helping people get back to feeling their best. She believes in the benefits of exercise to help promote healing of the body and mind and ensures it is relayed through her treatments.
