About Natasha

Natasha is a dedicated orthopaedic and pelvic floor physiotherapist who is passionate about helping people feel strong, confident, and comfortable in their bodies at every stage of life. From a young age, Natasha’s passion for an active lifestyle and curiosity about the human body drove her to pursue a career in physiotherapy. Inspired by witnessing the transformative impact of physiotherapy on her friends and family, Natasha learned firsthand the importance of movement and the remarkable adaptability of the human body. Natasha holds an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Waterloo and a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Toronto. Early in her career, Natasha found herself drawn to women’s health and decided to specialize in pelvic floor physiotherapy. She has completed Pelvic Health Levels 1, 2, and 3. She is enthusiastic about ongoing learning and has also completed a course in Medical Acupuncture to better support her clients. Natasha takes a holistic, individualized approach to care, combining hands-on treatment, education, acupuncture, and exercise to help her clients reach their goals. She works with a wide range of conditions but has a special interest in supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, menopause, and more. Outside the clinic, Natasha embraces an active lifestyle. She enjoys hiking, traveling, and pushing her limits through long-distance running and strength training. When she's not on the move, she loves to channel her creativity through painting.
