About Natasha

I specialize in helping individuals overcome challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues by providing a compassionate, nonjudgmental space for growth. Through a blend of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and a strength-based, trauma-informed approach, I work collaboratively with clients to build emotional resilience, challenge limiting beliefs, and develop effective coping strategies. My goal is to empower you to navigate life’s challenges with confidence, heal from past wounds, and achieve meaningful change. Together, we will work towards your goals, whether that’s finding balance, increasing self-compassion, or discovering new directions in your life.
