I work using a combination of deep tissue, active techniques, myofascial and swedish to encourage change in the muscles while also guiding the body into a deep state of relaxation. I believe in utilising a holistic perspective. My treatments tend to incorporate the whole body and are designed to decrease pain, encourage circulation and promote body awareness. The most rewarding part of my career is helping my patients return to feeling like themselves again after dealing with chronic pain or acute injury.
