About Natalie

###Natalie Siu-Mitton (She/Her) MACP, BSc. Registered Psychologist | Registered Dietitian Natalie can be reached at natalie@revolutiontw.com Natalie creates a space where individuals can explore their relationship with food, body, and self with compassion and without judgment. She meets clients where they are, welcoming every emotion with openness and authenticity. Natalie believes in honouring each person's lived experience, providing a safe space to reconnect with body wisdom, challenge unhelpful narratives, and discover a more peaceful, sustainable way of nourishing both mind and body. Rooted in a size-inclusive, HAES-aligned, and neurodiversity-affirming approach, she works with individuals navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, feeding differences, and the complex intersections of mental and physical health. With over 20 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian, Natalie has worked across Alberta in community, outpatient, and inpatient settings, supporting individuals from all walks of life. Her work has deepened her understanding of the human experience, reinforcing her belief in the healing power of trust and connection. Recognizing that true well-being extends beyond nutrition, she pursued a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and a career as a Registered Psychologist. Today, Natalie integrates trauma-informed nutrition with a collaborative, client-centered approach, supporting individuals through intuitive eating, neurodiversity, chronic illness, perimenopause, prenatal and postnatal health, and more. She believes healing is a journey, and no one has to navigate it alone.
